Summary of Recently Updated WCC Forms
The WCC Commissioners voted to amend several Commission forms addressed at improving efficiency in the notice process as well as consistency with statutory language.
The first update was made to CC-Form M effective December 1, 2024. The change to the form includes updated language to issue number 8 to align with statutory language.
Also updated were CC- Form 3, CC- Form 3A , CC -Form 3B , CC -Form 3C , CC -Form 3F , CC – Form 7 , and CC -Form 93 effective November 1, 2024.
The Form 3s and Form 93 now include a field for the claimant’s email address to be provided.

This measure provides legislative approval of the workers’ compensation fee schedule.
Most Recent Update:
03/13/2024 – On March 13 this measure passed the House in a 94-1 vote. It awaits further consideration in the Senate.
Additional Outlook:
The February 27 amendment added substance to this former shell bill. The March 13 amendment removed the effective date and emergency clause.

HB 2836 – Workers’ Compensation; Benefits; Fees; Effective Date.
Issues: Workers’ Compensation (General)
Summary:
This measure allows the commission to extend vocation training benefits up to an additional 52 weeks by special order. It also allows for extension of temporary total disability benefits during this and the evaluation period. It is effective November 1, 2023.
Most Recent Update:
2/16/2023 This measure was heard on February 16 in the House Judiciary Civil Committee. It passed the committee by a unanimous vote. This measure is eligible for consideration in the House chamber.

Oklahoma Title 85A – Section 64 mandates that all workers’ compensation insurers participate in a Certified Workplace Medical Plan (CWMP) and must facilitate appropriate, cost effective medical treatment for injured workers and safely return them to work.
